A few weeks ago your team provided service to my carpets. When I got home I realized something was "MISSING" from my house... My wife said your crew was courteous and very professional, which is why I wanted to take the time to see if the missing items turned up. To date, we have not found the missing items and need to report this to you. For starters, all the dirt that was tracked onto the carpets on the first floor is gone - completely gone! Also, the pet stains that have remained even after Stanley Steamer visited are also gone! The stains in the carpet from the cherry fruit punch were removed. Lastly, the smell of "dog" is also gone. Now Brian, we do not want these "Missing" items back. We have had carpet cleaners come in and as the carpets dried, the missing items would return to their familiar places. I believe that your crew took the missing items with them... and I just want to say THANK YOU!! We are extremely happy with your service!!!! Keep up the great work!Hill T.
