Allaire Chem-Dry’s 9-Step Process

Step 1: Consultation
Our professionals will review your cleaning needs, answer questions, and explain what to expect during the service appointment.

Step 2: Set Up Corner Guards and Mats
Allaire Chem-Dry will place corner guards and mats where appropriate to help prepare your home for the cleaning process.

Step 3: Pre-Vacuum Using Miele Vac
Our technician will pre-vacuum the carpet to help remove loose dry soil and debris before the cleaning process begins.

Step 4: Move Agreed-Upon Furniture
Allaire Chem-Dry’s technicians will move agreed-upon furniture before cleaning, based on the service plan and access needed.

Step 5: Pre-Treat Areas of Concern
Allaire Chem-Dry will identify areas that may need extra attention and apply pre-treatment where appropriate.

Step 6: Pre-Scrub with PowerPro
Our PowerPro equipment uses counter-rotating brushes to help work the cleaning solution into the carpet and loosen soil from the fibers.

Step 7: Hot Carbonating Extraction Rinse and Groom
Our technician will use the Hot Carbonating Extraction process to clean the carpet, extract moisture and loosened soil, and groom the carpet as needed.

Step 8: Use Air Movers as Needed
Air movers may be used to help support the drying process after cleaning, depending on the service area and carpet conditions.

Step 9: Post-Inspection
After cleaning, your technician will review the completed service area with you and answer any final questions.
